Emphasis on Relationship

Equal and fair treatment of our residents is paramount. Operationally, all employees must take and pass Fair Housing and Leasing/Maintenance courses, where appropriate. We have extended our office hours to accommodate the level of service our residents deserve and we are developing an array of social out-reach events designed with current and future residents in mind.  

The Importance of Community

We believe that students come to Southern Illinois University-Carbondale (SIUC) primarily for an education, but that education isn’t just books, classes or formulae; included is the ability to grow in the knowledge and experiences of those around you. Our goal is to assist in the personal and academic success of our residents, to help them take command of their lives and share that life with others, which we will seek to accomplish through a variety of organized community activities, caring daily interaction and aggressive customer and maintenance services.
