The 2008 SIWHC will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2008.
Learn about the health issues that effect your life and allow captivating speakers to inspire
you to commit to a healthier and happier lifestyle. There will be a array of health
screenings and exhibits you should find informative and interesting. You can select four
breakout sessions to attend. Enjoy a continental breakfast and a delicious lunch. They're
all part of a conference designed to provide women a day to learn more about their health
in a relaxed, inviting setting. Lisa Smartt will be the keynote speaker. Her talk, The Well-Healed Woman,
teaches us with humor and compassion how to heal ourselves and help other women.
