The Southern Illinois Women’s Teen Conference
at John A. Logan College is for young women in grades 7-12. It is planned to provide young women a day to learn
about the issues that affect their lives and have fun in the process. The conference
offers breakout sessions on a variety of topics, such as skin care, self-defense, college
admission, and hair up-dos. Exhibitors of services and products for young women are in
attendance. Lunch is served while the participants enjoy entertainment.
