Diane D. Fulbright
Diane Fulbright has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Evansville and a Master of Science in Nursing-Administration from Bellarmine University. She is the Manager of Southern Illinois Healthcare's Cardiovascular Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programs. Ms. Fulbright has coauthored works on Pulmonary Rehabilitation in scientific journals and solely authored a book on Vascular Rehabilitation. She is also active in the community serving on both the Jackson and Williamson County's Healthy Communities Coalitions where she serves on the Healthy Lifestyles Subcommittee of each. She is a member of Southern Illinois' Operation Heart Restart Initiative, and the Franklin County Diabetes Support Group. She supports her church's Parish Nurse program as an active member of the Health Committee Ministry. Currently Ms. Fulbright is serving on the Steering Committee for Treasures in Time.
